Please come directly to the Silver Star Accommodation building upon arrival to the mountain. We are located in the Village, at the end of the Lord Aberdeen Apartment Hotel, in view of the main Car Park 'B'. Please access our office from the outside steps leading to the right-hand deck. Our location allows for maximum convenience for all our guests. This easy to find check-in allows our guests close parking to our office for an easy check-in experience.

CANCELLATION AND BOOKING POLICY

A non-refundable deposit of the first night's accommodation including taxes, or 20% of the reservation total, which ever is the greater, is due at time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and will be processed automatically on the credit card on file. No money is refunded if cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to arrival.
