MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT
All renters must be over the age of 25 years. Renters under the age of 25 years must be accompanied by an adult guardian or parent, who must occupy the property for the duration of the stay. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposit and the party will not be permitted to check-in, or the party will be required to leave the rented property. Photo ID to verify age must be provided at check in.
WINTER BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
The first nights accommodation rate + taxes is due at time of booking. For bookings 5 days or longer, 20% of the total amount due, is taken as a deposit. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, the total payment will be due at time of booking. The deposit is NON refundable. It is not possible to change your choice of unit less than 30 days prior to arrival, nor can deposits be transferred to other units
Payments by credit card only - VISA, MasterCard or AMEX
Final payment is automatically taken 30 days prior to arrival.
Once the final payment has been taken it becomes NON refundable. We may cancel reservations if final payment is not received. It is not possible to change units less than 30 days prior to arrival. Deposits and final payments are unit specific and cannot be transferred to another unit.
Please be advised that reservations for Vacation Homes, Suites and Condos, must be made at least 48hrs in advance. We are unable to accept walk in reservations.
SUMMER BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
The greater of a $100.00 deposit or the first nights accommodation rate, + taxes, is taken at the time of your booking. For bookings 5 days or longer 20% of the total amount due is taken as a deposit. Full payment will be taken at the time of the booking, should your arrival be within 7 days. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE.

Final payment is automatically taken 7 days prior to arrival. We may cancel the reservation if final payment is not received. No money is refunded if cancellation is received less than 7 days prior to arrival. You cannot switch units 7 days or less prior to arrival.

HOT TUBS ARE NOT ACTIVE DURING THE SUMMER. The fee to have a hot tub started is $115 + tub. Your request for start up must be recieved at least 72hrs prior to arrival date.
MULTIPLE PROPERTIES
Please note that all properties are privately owned and all are equipped according to the individual owner's taste and requirements. Groups renting more than one property need to make sure each properties inventory remains in the designated property. A restocking charge will be charged if items have been moved to other properties.
SMOKING
All of our vacation homes, suites and condos are non-smoking. The minimum fine charged for smoking in a unit is $250 + tax.
PETS
Please be aware that only a select few of our properties are pet friendly. A nightly pet charge will be added to your file at the time of booking. The nightly rate varies depending on the size of unit. The minimum fine for having a pet in an unauthorized property is $250 + tax.
